At ENYA MUSIC Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your musical instrument. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure it reaches us safely.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated global distribution center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
